DEAL OR NO DEAL?

Do you like the brokerage where you hang your hat? What is it that keeps you there? Is a large company better than a small one?

Do you stay because of the commission structure, the available marketing, the location, the support of the administrative staff, the camaraderie of the office, the freedom to make your own decisions or what? If you moved to another firm, what was your main concern?

What makes an agent happy?

I love my brokerage. The Broker is very conscientious, willing to help, open to suggestions, willing to spend money on advertising, always reachable.............Oh wait a minute I am the Broker. Sorry I got carried away. Did I mention good looking? :)

I am very happy with my brokerage, I get a very good commision, I have no desk fees or rent to pay, and the broker and other agent have really taklen me in and made sure I really picked up on what was going on. Having said this I am having fairly early results and success. I have been an agent for under one year.

My Broker is great!  I get a lot of nice benefits that help my business, but the bottom line is the actual broker.

He is exceptional in sales, leadership, and teaching.  Although he is very busy, you would never believe it when he sits down to talk to you because he gives you his undivided attention and really listens.

Although I have a good split, there are some companies that offer slightly better.  None, however, offer the skill and abilities of my broker.  Don't look for me to jump ship!

I am with Keller Williams because of their continuing training and how they treat agents.

All our training classes are free and they have classes on EVERY conceiveable topic EVERY month. All you have to do is show up.

Our broker treats us like business owners and not his personal agents...... that is very liberating to me since agents are individuals that have differing ways of doing and accomplishing things within the same tried and true real estate business concepts.

I was with a couple of brokarages before I settled with Keller Williams...... there really is a reason why they are the #4 real estate brokarage in the nation and are at over 65,000 agents and growing.

Their mission is:To build careers worth having, businesses worth owning and lives worth living.

Drinking the kool-aid of Keller Williams Realty has been the most exilariting thing I've ever done. I came from an office where all the offices were doubled locked and whispers abundant. The "Prima Dona" top producer of our office will not say Hi to me. . .when she was having a problem with a difficult client . . .it was OUR problem. . & everybody in the office will know about it!

I said I drank the Kool-Aid because Keller Williams has the appereance of a cult. . . but only from the outside. When you come in. . . you will know what it is to be inside a rocketship. . .no matter what is your full potential . . you will never surpass what KW will offer you.

Thank you Gary Keller for the red book. . my bible. . .The Millonaire Agent
